Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of the members of Harmony held in Randfontein on Friday, 4 November 2005, ordinary resolution number 3, relating to the general authority to issue shares for cash, was withdrawn. The requisite majority of shareholders passed all the remaining ordinary and special resolutions.
