Issue of Audited Annual Financial Statements

Shareholders of Harmony are advised that the Company’s annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2006 will be posted to shareholders on 27 September 2006.

Minor reallocations of income statement, balance sheet and cash flow items and balances were made from the preliminary results filed on 7 August 2006, as per the disclosure requirements of the International Financial Reporting Standards and the South African Companies Act for annual financial statements.

The comprehensive set of audited annual financial statements is available for inspection at the Company’s registered office.

Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Harmony will be held on Friday, 10 November 2006 at 10:00 (SA time) at Harmony’s Corporate Offices, Randfontein Office Park, corner Main Reef Road and Ward Avenue, Randfontein to transact business as stated in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which are issued together with the annual reports containing the annual financial statements of Harmony for the year ended 30 June 2006.
