Responsible and effective waste management is a priority focus area as this reduces our environmental impacts and mitigates associated liabilities. Guidelines on mineral, non-mineral and hazardous waste materials are included in our operations’ environmental management systems. Plastic forms part of our efficient and responsible waste management, which begins from generation to handling, storage and transport as well as recycling and disposal.
